Terms and Conditions Overview
We want to ensure you have a wonderful experience during your stay. To help facilitate this, we’ve outlined our Terms and Conditions below. Please take a moment to read through them carefully, as they cover important information regarding booking requirements, payment policies, guest conduct, and more. Booking Requirements
- Age Requirement: At least one guest in each booking must be aged 18 or over.
- Maximum Occupancy: The Croft Cabin accommodates up to 2 adults and 2 children.
Booking and Payment
Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks prior to your date of arrival. If the balance is not received by the due date, the booking may be cancelled at the owner’s discretion.
Payment and Deposit Policy
- Booking Deposit: A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- Non-Refundable Deposit: Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable, with no exceptions.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 4 weeks prior to your date of arrival.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation: Booking deposits are non-refundable.
Behaviour and Conduct
- Respectful Conduct: All guests are expected to behave responsibly and not cause inconvenience or distress to local residents or other visitors.
- Noise Levels: Music and other noise must be kept to a level that cannot be heard outside the cabin, especially after 10 p.m.
- Property Care: Guests must take care not to damage the property, croft, or surrounding area. Open fires are not permitted except in the designated fire pit.
- Wildlife Respect: Guests are required to respect wildlife in the area. Distressing animals or wildlife will result in immediate eviction from the cabin.
Pricing
Price Changes: The Croft Cabin reserves the right to change prices at any time without further notice. However, if you have booked but not yet paid for your stay, we guarantee the price when the booking was placed.
Liability
Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their belongings during their stay. The owner of The Croft Cabin will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
Transportation
Access: The Croft Cabin is not reachable via public transport. Guests are advised to have their own transport for convenience.
Pets
Dog Policy: Dogs are accepted by prior arrangement only. Please contact us in advance to discuss bringing your dog.
